Atrish Sanchez MP video PR on the deteriorated state of the College of Further Education.
Its current state, GSLP delays on commitment, failure to deal with impact on students & staff and what the GSD would deliver.
10 improper actions or attempts to interfere in a criminal investigation over a 10 day period. Never in our history has a Chief Minister been found to have acted this improperly by a senior Judge in an Inquiry. If Ministers back this the GSLP own it too. The chronology 👉
We promise a big programme of reform to deliver a transparent use of your money & achieve better accountability. The twin track crisis of governance that has led to abuses like the GSLP Motion on the Auditor or the shocking evidence in the McGrail Inquiry. The choice is clear

“It is scandalous that the Govt should be delaying the tabling of this Report. This can be the only conclusion to be reached given that they refused to confirm they had it and we put to them last week that they wanted to bury this till after the Budget.”

Raising awareness about the real challenges many people in our community face all year round is crucial.
The issues with domiciliary care and home support remain, and despite months of assurances, they haven’t gone away. Despite the Government’s promises of a smooth and seamless transition in June 2024, the reality has been anything but.

“Students who have traditionally not been taxed for doing summer jobs – are facing confusion on their status because the Government are failing in their political responsibility to roll out announced measures clearly.”
