Not looking too hopeful and radio silence very stressful. Am not techy so don’t even know what’s actually happened!

@123regHelp Phoning round clients asking them to resend previous and future emails to an ancient hotmail account. Very embarrassing and totally disruptive to workflow... deadlines hanging in balance and will be working the weekend to catch up 😤 all compounded by v poor comms @123reg

Wholly unacceptable after 24hrs and now in real danger of missing several project deadlines and losing clients!!! Poor comms not helping
