@bathbodyworks is simply the worst as well as their robotic customer service. Ordered 9 candles on candle day Dec 1st. Notified Dec 12 that 5 items were cancelled. Then packaged comes Dec 13 missing yet a 6th item!

@bathbodyworks it is 2023 and their inventory system can’t even track how many of an item were sold and oversells so much that 6/9 items were cancelled. Then when asked if I could get a discount code to replace my purchase I’m given 20% off which is a freaking joke!
