Advantages of the battery swapping solution:
- more affordable e-cars,
- fully charged batteries in 5 minutes,
- batteries are recharged when the price of electricity is lower, at a optimal speed and temperature inside the charging/swapping station (=> no worries concerning battery explosions inside the owner's garage etc etc),
- new technological innovations can fit inside the standard format that in this way is constantly more efficient even if keeping the same shape,
- easier recycling of obsolete batteries and many more

What would be the best strategy for quickly switching to electric cars in Europe? A good government would adopt this strategy:
1) It would get all automakers to agree on a standard modular battery format that can be used on all their vehicles (small vehicles would accommodate a few modules, while large vehicles would accommodate more).
2) This battery composed of modules must be replaceable in 5 minutes by a robot at a swapping station (with a system like the one developed by the Chinese company NIO whereby the driver parks the car in front of a garage and an automated system picks up the car, takes it to the garage, removes the flat battery, replaces it with a charged one, and then returns the car to the driver in less than 5 minutes).
3) The vehicle owner does not own the battery (=> cheaper car at the moment of the purchase) but has a subscription to a service offered by a specific company that allows them to rent the battery and replace the flat battery with a charged one a certain amount of times every month. The contract includes a specific monthly usable kilowatts, along with a precise price per kilowatt once more kilowatts than the contracted amount have been consumed in a given month.

4) With this system, the efficiency difference between lithium and sodium becomes negligible, so since sodium is much easier to find than lithium, all batteries must be made with sodium rather than lithium.

5) The infrastructure must be created: as many battery swapping stations are needed as there are gas stations today.

Yes. I simply couldn't afford it until i was 30y.o. ... The economy could be much better if the EU wasn't trying to destroy it with over regulation and crazy policies.. and the government could support more the new families. Actually people risen in Italy wouldn't consider something good living in 7 people in a 2 rooms apartment (and it's not cheap). While people from 3rd world countries could fit 10 kids in one room.. also the muslims usually don't care about giving to their kids a decent environment.. they just want to make babies so that in the world can be there more people serving Allah. And many many of them rely on the welfare.. so that the single citizens pay taxes and the government with those taxes supports those foreigners who are making babies instead of working.
