@LetsGoCure@DiaryofaSickGrl A great dressing with protein is Greek Tzatziki. It’s made with Greek yogurt, garlic,cucumbers and sometimes dill. Use on salads, meats. One tablespoon is only about 15 calories.
@Paddy_Barrett This is anecdotal but I have not changed anything in my diet and lowered my LDL from 79 to 63 by taking Lipitor at night instead of in the morning
