I have nightmares/sleep paralysis pretty regularly and I talk in my sleep but its 99% of the time me screaming for help from dreamland and it seeps out of my mouth as mumbles. last night a new thing happened where my dream body got possessed by some sort of demon

The “hag” also was trying to take control of my dream body now that I think about it but it was not like I was a marionette and could control my limbs but it never like got in me . The thing last night pushed me out it displaced me. Such a bad feeling.
