Hey @priceline, when I book a car through your website a month ahead of when I need it, what good is the confirmation number if @Hertz calls me the day before my reservation and tells me I have no car? Why does your customer service offer no alternatives?

Hey @Hertz, I received a call this morning that my reservation for 3/25/21 at @MCO is no longer valid because the location closed. Your CSR’s exact words were “We can’t do anything to help you.” Renting elsewhere will cost me 5x as much. This is awful customer service.
