Afghan returnees who were forcibly repatriated through various entry points received essential services in the areas of registration, transportation, financial assistance, healthcare, and public awareness.

Nangarhar – Torkham (Durand Line)

Registration, Verification, and Reception Committee:
A total of 372 families, comprising 1,947 individuals, returned to the country through the Torkham crossing and were registered.

Transport and Relocation Committee: A total of 370 families, comprising 2,062 individuals, were transferred from Torkham to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman, and Kabul provinces. An amount of AFN 1,413,730 was provided to cover transportation costs.

Financial Affairs Management Committee:
Financial assistance totaling AFN 3,698,000 was provided to 441 families.

Services and Health Affairs Committee:
At Omari Camp, returnees received healthcare and telecommunications services, including the distribution of 378 SIM cards with active service packages.

Information and Public Awareness Committee:
Returnees were provided with public awareness regarding registration, transportation, financial assistance, temporary accommodation, and other related matters.

Kandahar – Spin Boldak (Durand Line)

Registration, Verification, and Reception Committee:
A total of 17 families, comprising 85 individuals, returned to the country through the Spin Boldak crossing and were registered.

Transport and Relocation Committee: A total of 18 families, comprising 101 individuals, were transferred to various provinces. An amount of AFN 91,800 was provided to cover transportation costs.

Financial Affairs Management Committee:
Financial assistance totaling AFN 150,000 was provided to 18 families.

Services and Health Affairs Committee:
Returnees received food, healthcare, and telecommunications services, including the distribution of 124 meals and 16 SIM cards.

Nimroz – Silk Bridge Route

Registration, Verification, and Reception Committee: A total of 66 families, comprising 239 individuals, returned to the country through the Silk Bridge crossing and were registered. In addition, 238 travelers also returned to the country.

Financial Affairs Management Committee:
Financial assistance totaling AFN 16,000 was provided to 2 families.

Services and Health Affairs Committee:
In the healthcare sector, 13 individuals received medical treatment, and 1 SIM card was distributed.

Information and Public Awareness Committee:
Returnees were provided with public awareness regarding services, assistance, and other related matters.

Herat – Islam Qala

Registration, Verification, and Reception Committee:
A total of 5 families, comprising 21 individuals, returned to the country through the Islam Qala crossing and were registered.

Financial Affairs Management Committee:
Financial assistance totaling AFN 38,000 was provided to 5 families.

Kabul

Transport and Relocation Committee: A total of 10 families, comprising 50 individuals, were transferred from Kabul to various provinces. An amount of AFN 72,000 was provided to cover transportation costs.

Overall Figures

1. Registered returnees: 460 families comprising 2,292 individuals
2. Relocated returnees: 398 families comprising 2,213 individuals
3. Families receiving financial assistance: 466
