How to approach church this weekend:
Pray on the way.
Show up early.
Bring your Bible.
Sing loudly.
Take notes.
Say an 'amen' or two.
Stay engaged.
Greet visitors.
Sign up to serve somewhere.
Then, go live out the sermon.
Let me propose something: True discipleship isn’t about memorizing Scripture—it’s about becoming like the One who teaches us: Jesus.
The word disciple means “learner,” but it’s rooted in the word discipline. Spiritual disciplines aren’t about enslaving ourselves to routines or rituals; they’re about growing deeper roots and cultivating intimacy with God.
Here’s the truth: Discipline isn’t the goal—relationship is. These practices are tools to align our hearts with His and transform us into His likeness.
May we be a people who dig deep wells of discipline from a desire to know the heart of Jesus!

Contrary to the tone of the world:
You can disagree with someone,
and still not hate them.
You can speak up,
and still not be judgmental.
You can say something is wrong,
and still not have a phobia.
You can stand for truth,
and still be loving.
We should as leaders challenge people who say “God told me..” ask how he did that. People remove themselves from accountability and the ability to challenge and question their actions. It’s also unhealthy. Sometimes thoughts are simply your thoughts. It can lead to mania.

We are looking to appoint a part time #evangelist. A great opportunity to serve a local church and community - to be a witness, equip others, and contribute to church strategy / direction. If you know anyone interested, please message for details.
Churches across the country, of many different denominations, coming together to sing a blessing. We are separated in a way we’ve not experienced before, but the unity we find in Christ brings us together in extraordinary ways.
