@hungryroothelp My food was supposed to arrive yesterday, and nothing. Apparently it was delivered to someone else. When will someone from customer service reply to my inquiries?
@AmazonHelp Hey @AmazonHelp, instead of helping my mom, your agents deleted my deceased dad’s account instead. Everything he purchased is lost, because my mom didn’t open the email within 24 hours. I hope someone with empathy on your team can understand the layers of hurt here.
Hey @Amazon, this is insane. My dad is dead from COVID, and my mom spent TWO HOURS on the phone trying to get someone to help her get access to his account now without his phone for two-factor authentication. How, in the time of COVID, can you treat grieving families like this?
@AmazonHelp Well your associate apparently just walked away from the phone after my senior mother had trouble working through the process of accessing information through my dad’s old Fire tablet.
@Rwenchette This all resonates. I keep likening the grief to the ocean too, ebbing and flowing. Sometimes just sweeping your toes, then suddenly it’s a tsunami—encompassing, devastating, unavoidable.
And today I watched my dog die, the same way I watched my dad die of COVID. Surrounding them with love and reassurances and SCREAMING INSIDE. When does it all become bearable?
Hey @kroger, one of your cashiers charged me twice for an item. The store won’t help get me my money back after their own mistake! Disappointed to see how downhill things are going these days. I expected better from you!
