After 5 years away from Twitter, we're back – and we can't wait to share our world with you.

We're the UK's only fully indoor exotic animal sanctuary, nestled in Essex. A tropical paradise where over 300 rescued ex-pets across 100+ species have found their forever home.

We are a non-profit CIC (Community Interest Company) and 100% of our income goes directly back to supporting our animals, and the community we help on a regular basis.

Every animal here has a story. They've come from homes that could no longer care for them, from difficult situations, or from other rescues. Here, they're not just surviving – they're thriving. And they absolutely love meeting people.

Although we operate under a full DEFRA approved zoo license, we are very much a sanctuary at heart. It's warm, it's immersive, it's weatherproof, and it's built around one simple idea: these animals deserve the best life possible, and sharing that life with visitors is enrichment for them.

We're open to the public Friday-Sunday and school holidays. We offer animal experiences, birthday parties, educational visits, and animal-assisted therapy. But more than anything, we're a family – and we'd love you to be part of it.
