i got some feedback from beta testers re: onboarding.

there was too much friction to get setup and using the app.

ever user had to manually fill out their:
- service description/what they sell
- who they sell to (personas) + their pain points/desired outcomes
- case studies/success stories
- any lead magnets/front end offers

I just built an ICP service agent where a user just has to enter their website

It now saves onboarding time from ~5 minutes to seconds & populates everything on the backend w/ option to edit

@ShainaRoyyy there will always be copycats. You have a unique edge - certain skillsets, insights, network that copycats wont have

just keep building.

tbh if someone starts copying you, they will get shiny object syndrome as soon as things get hard and then will go try and copy someone else
