UK goverment just announced it'll introduce compulsory independent regulation of bailiffs in Eng & Wales. They will have to comply with the rules or lose their licence. The regulation is mandatory. We look forward

Very disappointing today that baliff regulation & crucially an Independent Regulator
wasn't in the King's speech even though work has been done on it. It's something Money and Mental Health Policy Institute charity & other charities need as a way to protect many vulnerable people
