People have already found Lucia's apartment in real life. It's called Belmar Condo located in Miami, FL.

GTA 6 took so long that this building was demolished in 2022. At this point, the map will like historical treasure.

@realsamueljohns Developers have confirmed that we can keep Jason and Lucia in friend zone. And our actions can affect the relationship meter. But nothing will ever cause them to breakup as they are essentially partners in crime.

Boobie Ike was only mentioned by name, at the start of the trailer. But Real Dimez weren't even mentioned.

Did Rockstar do it on purpose?

@videotech This means the Fravilys report about GTA 6 might be true. Almost an year ago, he reported that Dan Houser made atleast 3 versions of the story and all were rejected. After which he left in 2020 and started Absurd Ventures. The current version was presented by Sam Houser.
