Is it much to ask for disabled people to also get clean toilet facilities? Eastbourne Prom disabled loo at the pier has all kinds of drug paraphernalia, stinks of urine outside and is generally a run down mess. This feels like discrimination from @EastbourneBC.

So hang on, if I own a pier, I'm allowed to drive down the promenade and park there. What makes it worse is @sussex_police are stood there and haven't even acknowledged it. Normally if I was to drive down a busy pavement, I'd be done for it. For parking, it's the council, for driving down a pavement, it's the police. Why just stand there? #twotierpolicing at it's best.
