PSA, do not buy any appliances from @Lowes . I know people are enticed by the lower prices, but if something is wrong with the appliance you are screwed. They will not help and just refer you to the manufacturer @Frigidaire who also has awful customer service

I spent 2k on an oven that has not worked since the day it was installed and both @LowesMedia @Lowes and @Frigidaire will not take responsibility for it or help in anyway. How do companies with such awful customer service stay in business ?
