How will vitalik.eth@base resolve once apps support interoperable addresses?

The ENS name resolves the account, while the chain suffix resolves the execution environment through the on.eth chain registry.

Both combine into a single interoperable address.

But chain identities today live in GitHub files, client-side mappings, and app-specific logic. There is no shared source of truth.
