@vfsglobalcare you have the worst website. every time we make an appointment we make payment and money gets deducted and the appointment fails. again for a refund is a very lengthy process. The whole world simply refunds the money to the source account after a failed transaction.

Drill they made to the wall and didn't close it properly. very poor service. the installation was done just 2 months back. they drilled the hole into the Window sun shade, placed the outdoor unit in a slant position, and said I made it so it works better.

@airindiain till today only once i was able to upgrade using FR points in the last 10 years. now I am able to upgrade by paying money but not using FR Points and all the FR points simply expire. I don't know what is the use of having FR points. DUMP THE PROGRAM
