Another LOQ 15 2023 user with 2 issues

GPU is power limited to 60 and battery drain during gaming with limited power itself.

Lenovo says it's fine and go to service centre while I have doorstep service and 26 months of premium care left.

Pathetic.

@Lenovo_in The laptop comes with a 115W 4060 and it's capped at 60W itself. How is it normal? The vcore is not reaching 1V and is capped at 0.72V . And all I am asking is how you assess all these are normal. I'm requesting an engineer visit and /or give an explanation for this?

Booked a room on 30th . Paid the money online as well. When reached the destination they said room cannot be availed for the booking price.

Its been 28 days since I raised the service request and byfar I have not got any update of anysort. As a new startup I expected a better experience. As requested please work to remove the credit enquiry for the kiwi or issue the card. Stop ghosting ffs.

@CheQ_One What is the whole point of removing card if it cannot be added to another account. Its just a useless update . Please give option to add the removed card to another account and delete the account too.

@AmazonHelp TBH I dont want to waste my time in vain. I wanted to have a public record of how the rating system in amazon works atleast for some sellers. Since appario was a part of amazon im just here to see what action will be taken aganist the seller. Suspend/revoke the seller perhaps.

@AmazonHelp The product quality was inadequate, and because the PD was not working properly, the devices got disconnected randomly. the biggest concern was this product was on the top of search results due to a false rating system

@AmazonHelp I talked with an agent, Himanshu. He was adamant that he could not issue a refund on a return. It was a waste of my time. Now I have to go through the whole process again to get my refund. The CC experience is getting worse each day. This will ultimately affect your sales volume

@flipkartsupport Its a lucky guess but both are same product even same url but opened in 2 diff browsers one where flipkart is logged in and the other not logged in. And both are yielding 2 diff price rates. If you like i can provide sidebyside single snapshot of 2 browsers and time in it.

@flipkartsupport I know prices are dynamic mostly in a daily basis. Idk you use cookies to inflate prices of a product. For both item the seller were same that is you guys. Its a flipkart smartbuy item and both are sold by Cigfil limited.
