@Verizon Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. On a chat and the representative isn’t even making sense with the English language. And I’ve been on with “her” for 15 min and have made zero progress. And she only replies (with nothing new) about every 5-7 min.

@Uber your customer service is terrible. The new beta Support Chatbot just continues to give circular answers and can’t provide a solution to my problem. There’s no way anymore to connect with a representative. Terrible customer service.

A large grass fire burning near Cheyenne is threatening homes. Local agencies have called for evacuations in some areas.
