@USCIS @USCISDirector MSC229039 series gets less than 5, I-485 approvals per day while applications filed later (MSC229040-MSC229050 series) has an average of 30-50 approvals per day. Can you please check why the MSC229039 series is being left out?

@USCIS Cases picked in random with later series getting approved fast than people applied for AOS earlier dates. Single Digit approval or 0 cases approval for MSC229038/MSC229039 series. Requesting USCIS to pick cases based on the Case Recd date. Clear GC Backlog without wasting Visa

@USCIS We see lot of approvals for the receipt series later than us. Why single digit or 0 Approvals for MSC229038/MSC229039 receipt series day to day. Receipt series before and after being picked up but not us. Please start picking the cases in our series as well before FY.

@USCIS Please try to pick the i-485 cases based on PD instead of approving random cases or approving 2014 with out approving case with 2013 PD. We have been on the queue for more than a decade, so it’s only fair if the applications are processed based on priority date.
