Discord is experimenting with a new Credit Card Age Assurance method.

The flow allows users to confirm adult status (18+) via a credit card as an alternative to biometric face scans and government ID uploads. The verification is handled via k-ID, with Stripe acting as a subprocessor.

Currently available to part of users in Australia.
