We're excited to launch our fundraising campaign to restore and protect Kaya Mtswakara through Ma Earth. Support our communities and schools in safeguarding this vital ecosystem and its rich ecological, cultural, and spiritual heritage.
As part of our month-long stakeholder engagement, we visited Reasons to Smile CBO to share project updates, explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen our partnership in supporting community-led transformation.
On June 18, we visited Royโs Farm in Tezo, Kilifi. Meeting Stephen and Mr. Roy, we explored a reliable supply arrangement targeting 1,000 coconuts and 200kg of copra weekly. Despite low stock the engagement strengthened partnerships supporting farmers and sustainable livelihoods.
On June 18, we visited Kadzo, a coconut broker in Gandini, Kilifi. She shared insights on seasonal price trends and market-based pricing. We also explored support for young mothersโ groups and considered Gandini Primary School for future community learning initiatives.
