I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the GWR Rewards system. Please answer the following so we can assist further:
- Have you waited 24 hours after receiving your welcome email before trying to use the code?
- Are you logging in with the correct email address that is registered to GWR Rewards?
- Are you booking two Advance Single tickets that make up a return journey under the same booking?
- Are you booking GWR services only, between two GWR calling points?
- Are you applying a railcard to your booking?
- Have you used the 'Have a promo code' link at the beginning of the journey search? - Gordon
