My practice is in need of new neighbours after the current GPs next door handed their contract back. Montrose is a great town in need of great doctors, if anyone knows any.

I can only speak to my own experience but GP training in Scotland feels like it’s lost its warm fuzziness over the last five years. It’s just another conveyor belt our young doctors must endure.
Just been trying to find a way of articulating this but @docib you’ve done this better than I can.
I worry about morale of #juniordoctors, & medical students who are hugely affected too.
Our leaders must get our 🏴 & 🇬🇧 NHS back on track, including aspirations to work in it.

@AndrewBuist17 Andrew you frequently move to reassure us that those within ScotGov get it and they aren’t like the UKGov. Where is the evidence anyone in ScotGov gets just how perilous the situation is, what actions have they taken that reassure you this is the case?
Work out your own @DHSCgovuk annual salary calculation by simply:
Multiplying your hourly wage by 50 and a half hours a week and for 52 weeks a year.
That’s it; that’s the equivalence. No leave at all and a 50.5 hour week to put any salary at the same scale.
@DrLindaDykes I don’t think we can just accept that new GPs have moved away from partnership irrevocably. I think a major issue is access to role models in partnership and the college/deaneries need to start addressing that.
Given the kicking that GPs and partnership are getting in the press it would be great to hear about what @RCGPScotland and @NHS_Education are doing to reassure trainees that GP partnership has a future and is a career trainees should be considering.
Between the call to arms in Aberdeen and the cry for help from Glasgow, it now feels really like NHS Scotland has lost whatever superglue was holding it together. What a disaster😞
We need to bring back some joy in practice and be proud of the amazing work we do, please read https://t.co/K2bbEeFbDX @BMAScotland@SG_PrimaryCare@HumzaYousaf
