@20HBCurl_Xup @JakeSherman Why is it that we don't hear Mexicans complaining about having to have a voter card when they vote in Mexico? They are issued a voter card with a photo on it. When they go vote they provide the ID which is then matched to the photo in the voter roll book. Very simple.
