The strikes this week have not been caused by junior doctors.
They’ve been caused by a Government that has taken healthcare professionals for granted for far too long.

All they want is fair pay.

And yes, in the short-term, stop trying to privatise the NHS during a pandemic, and FFS put in the basic sustainable Covid suppression strategies that so many other countries are putting in place!!! More like Japan and New Zealand, less like USA & Russia pls!
@Shrink_at_Large Yes, also as trainees keep pointing out to me jobs increasingly prescribe what you need to do (e.g. services offer x sessions of CBT according to y manual) so the leeway to apply critical thinking to practice is increasingly limited.
Incredibly gifted nephew has hand-drawn a map of Kyiv to raise funds for humanitarian effort in 🇺🇦 Elis is on the autistic spectrum and draws maps to help with anxiety. He has a personal connection with Ukraine through travels and desperately wants to help.
