In Toopran, Medak district, Telangana, the Waqf Board claimed around 5.8 acres of land as Waqf property.

The local landowners decided to challenge it in the Telangana High Court. They showed their property documents, pattadar passbooks, title documents and revenue records showing their ownership and possession of the land.

The Waqf Board argued that the land had been identified as Waqf property through an earlier survey.

When the Telangana High Court asked for the records, the Waqf Board could not show the required documents, survey records and other important records.

The Telangana High Court therefore removed the Waqf notification covering the land.

You cannot make someone's private land Waqf property simply by putting its name in a Gazette notification. There has to be a proper legal process and proper records to establish why that land is Waqf property.

The landowners fought back, took the matter to court, and finally won the case.

Ajmer Central Jail's Jailer Saddam Hussain arranged a video call from his OWN OFFICE and PHONE, letting inmates inside Ajmer Central Jail speak to Nafees Chishti — mastermind of the 1992 Ajmer sex scandal involving 100 Hindu girls.

Three convicts — Tariq Chishti, his son Tausif alias Chinki, and nephew Fakhar Jamali, all serving 7 year sentences for a 2014 attempt to murder — spoke to Nafees over the call.

Nafees reassured them, saying "Baaki sab kara denge, befikar raho, InshaAllah," and thanked the jailer as "Ok chacha" at the end.

Chinki's name is linked to Babbar Khalsa International, on charges of sheltering terrorists and supplying arms and drugs.

DG Jail Ashok Rathore suspended the jailer. Departmental inquiry ordered.

Tausif Chishti shifted to Bharatpur jail.

- When her muslim husband went to members of Parsi Community and asked them to perform her final rites as per Zoroastrian traditions, they refused because of inter faith marriage.

- When the husband approached the members of his own muslim community to bury his wife as per Islam, they also refused.

- Her husband approached Vishwa Hindu Parishad and they did funeral of this woman as per Hindu rites who was neither Hindu by birth nor Hindu by marriage. They did not think twice and only felt proud of what they were doing.

An elderly poor woman selling chana chaat in Guwahati - SMVT Bengaluru SF Express (12510) was allegedly subjected to harassment, humiliation and mental torture by canteen staff.

She sat helplessly on the floor, trembling with tears, while trying to earn a living.
Shockingly, the passengers present in the coach did not protest or intervene.

Instead, they became mute spectators and only recorded videos. Ironically, the same canteen staff often call outsiders to sell goods inside the train.

This raises serious questions on our civic sense and humanity. No official action taken yet.
