Gerard Gornall

Avid #cufc fan. Online del-boy.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@CUFCTrust @officialcufc No. Shouldn’t even be considering this.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@CUFCTrust @officialcufc @CastleSportsGrp @CarlisleUtdSG @CUFC_SLO Can you please issue more details to members on this “reflection”, i.e. the process and timescales? I think many members are expecting swift action from @CUFCTrust

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@joncolman @newsandstar @CUFCTrust Words like “transformation” and “the future’s bright” seem a little premature given where we are.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@1StevieKilner That’s how you do it.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@CUFCTrust “We have today delivered this message directly in no uncertain terms”. What message exactly?

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@CUFCTrust “Rest assured that your views are important”. FFS the Trust’s only job is to gather and share our views.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@james_cufc2000 @bbccumbriasport @CUFCTrust @CUFCTrust needs to step up and represent its members. Surely it’s for times like these we pay our subs?

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@officialcufc He’s lost the fanbase, MW has to go. You can’t scrap at the bottom with these tactics. #cufc

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@carlisl9125 @joncolman @newsandstar The owners need to get over here asap and take this situation by the ‘scruff of the neck’ as we seem to be sleepwalking into non-league.

[Jonny from ‘TheCarlisleSocial’ Podcast @Jonnyreay]

This pigheaded approach to 343 is killing us. It’s either naivety or ignorance to just throw players into it and expect it to work… yes player performances are awful but half them are out of position 🤷🏻‍♂️ …are we really going into Twindow looking for a new team? Desperate. #cufc

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@joncolman @newsandstar Need to tear up this plan and start again. It clearly isn’t working and is unlikely to at the bottom of L2.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@Jonnyreay @bbccumbriasport Relegation at this rate. Massive rethink needed by owners and management.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@5TU4RTK @CUFCTrust There is a second link but it doesn’t work on mobile devices

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@CUFCTrust 1 min to go and no link?

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@Jonnyreay Excellent again Jon 👍

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@bbccumbriasport @CUFCTrust Come on @CUFCTrust - you need to respond to this otherwise you’re basically sticking two fingers up to all of your members who have paid fees to have their voices heard.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@MikeEwins @CUFCTrust @officialcufc @Mike_Zeller1 @BBC_Cumbria CUFC board yes but the Trust board do not need to tow that line, they (should) speak on behalf of fans.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@MikeEwins @CUFCTrust @officialcufc @Mike_Zeller1 @BBC_Cumbria The interview should therefore have been refused or given by another member of @CUFCTrust board.

[Gerard Gornall @G_Gerard]

@fish_blues Many fans are kicking off because the person who’s said this is supposed to be representing members of @CUFCTrust, not CUFC.
