- Before getting the contract, the company had plead guilty to a half billion dollar bribery scheme

The companies Apprio and Vistant admitted criminal liability via deferred prosecution agreements and paid relatively small settlements of only $500k and $100k

Imagine paying only these small fines for stealing hundreds of millions of dollars
