@Moythemyth@Pirat_Nation If there’s a market for physical, why doesn’t it show in the numbers?
Unsubscribing and boycotting is in a way self defeating, because I want to play those games one way or another. But if no one buys them digital either, those will go away next and everyone loses.
Go buy games.
@Moythemyth@Pirat_Nation I know. And it sounds expensive. And people don’t like expensive.
People change jobs all the time to make more money. I dont blame sony for doing the same.
@mrpyo1 How is hurting Sony good for games?
They are running a business, they need to make money. People don’t play games -> they get cancelled, studios closed, etc. is that what people want??
@FerrisWheelPro@Stealth40k lol, they’re not evil. Just like we work for money, they work for money too.
I buy most of my games physical, so a part of me is bothered too, but at the end of the day there’s lots of benefits. Not just for them, but for us as gamers.
And it’s ‘greener’ too.
@FerrisWheelPro@Stealth40k Bye! 👋
They still have 70-80% of the sales in digital anyways. Not going through the trouble of printing and shipping a disc for the few people that buy them just makes sense.
@Stealth40k I buy and prefer physical. But honestly, I’m ok with the change. I have so many physical games that i have never played, that I will probably just save money by not buying pretty boxes that I will never even open.
Plus, the vast majority of people already buy digital. Makes sense
