@jamesrhamilton @Apple Hi James. I tried to get AirPod Pros fixed, crackle like crazy/produce white noise. Apple said not possible to use the replace program as it was over 3 years. Yet the fault is exactly the same manufacturing defect they describe under their replacement program. #PoorService.
