The end of 2 weeks of low level, low budget, low tech night training. A reminder for the rifle companies that ultimately, no matter the technology, night fighting is about being confident, flexible and assertive.

#OnThisDay in 1794: the first and largest fleet action of conflict between Great Britain & the French Republic took place.

The 29th Regiment of Foot (Worcestershire) were awarded with a naval crown for their courageous involvement in the battle.
