@RGIAHyd Why is there no dedicated exit lane for FASTag users at the parking lot? Cars with FASTag still have to wait in line while others complete manual payments. If the payment is processed at the airport exit, why should FASTag users wait unnecessarily? Pls streamline this.
@NoBrokerCare Yes, the refund was processed. But the process of getting the refund through customer service was pathetic. I had to request/argue for hours over chat and call despite the service not being provided. Will never recommend your services

@RGIAHyd Using a common exit lane defeats the purpose of a FASTag. This only holds up cars in the parking lot. A dedicated lane will reduce congestion and improve traffic flow and efficiency. Kindly reconsider this from a commuter convenience perspective.

Poor experience at Automotive Mahindra Service, Attapur (Hyd). PPF on right fender damaged during service in Oct, acknowledged on invoice with assurance of replacement.
