I placed two enquiries. One about the incorrect item being sent. I will return this. The other was about missing essential accessories for another purchase. You ignored this and instead sent the same email word for word as the other enquiry!

@vinted item not delivered. Evidence given by delivery company demonstrates it’s been delivered to the wrong place - though no one can say where. You won’t give me a refund. There’s a word for people who take money under false pretences, and provide nothing: Thieves.

@LGUKCare 3+ weeks I’ve been waiting on getting this tv. And 4+ hours now of me having to call LG. Not once have LG contacted me to tell me about cancellations or delays. It has always had to be me contacting LG.
