@JerryCallo27@l_shoes@gunthriftstore@jshabs30@martymush Look "buddy", I'm sure those HS athletes were in the same physical condition that a pro NFL athlete is, let alone possibly a top 1% NFL athlete. I'm sure those hamstring muscles are exactly equal to each other.
"Buddy" - you're not worth discussing anything with at this point
@BooManBass@GiddyDiddy_@jshabs30@martymush Technically all they said was “avoided major injury.” We’ll see how he looks when he actually plays and how he moves.
Took me only 2 weeks or so to be 80% but another few weeks to be fully 100% sprinting.
@JerryCallo27@l_shoes@gunthriftstore@jshabs30@martymush You are googling it while I’ve had it twice. That initial lock up of the muscle hurt like hell one of the times. The other wasn’t as bad. Depends how the body reacts.
@BooManBass@GiddyDiddy_@jshabs30@martymush many hamstring strains lock up as an auto-defense response from your body to limit further damage. I had one just this summer. The locking up part hurts.
@MarcLobliner Honestly… 18-20. Full extension. But I’m 5’10” 190 so not as much muscle mass. More of an athletic build.
Keep going! You’ll get those reps up.
@HindlesKitchen@ElectionWiz We buy a car and keep it 12+ years and usually all
In cash because I’m not paying interest on top of all that. So we save for the car ahead of time or don’t buy one at all.
@TerryH46999@Taylor_McGregor So you went to games in some years with god awful teams, but this year you won’t because of bad luck with pitching injuries? LOL
@MarcLobliner Was in Paris for 10 days for 20th anniversary last year. Had wine/drinks every night. Ate out every day. Didn’t gain a pound. Walked everywhere pretty much.
