The English Dub for Banana Fish is available in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland & France.

It is having some problems in the parts of US & UK, I myself who lives in LA right now can't watch it, but my Source who lives in the East Coast can watch it, so hopefully Netflix fixes this Problem soon.
