It is 8:14 AM on September 11, 2025.

The first victim of 9/11 fell at this moment 24 years ago. He was Danny Lewin, a passenger on American Airlines flight 11, sitting in seat 9B. In front of him, in seats 8D and 8G, were hijackers Mohamed Atta and Abdulaziz al-Omari.

According to the 9/11 Commission’s findings, Lewin, who was former IDF, tried to stop the hijackers during their initial takeover of the plane. Satam al-Suqami, another hijacker, who was sitting directly behind Danny in seat 10B, then stabbed Lewin in the neck with a knife, killing him. There were 5 total hijacker on that plane.

The Islamic terrorists took over the cockpit by 8:20 AM.

At 8:46 AM, Mohammed Atta crashed the American Airlines plane into the North Tower of the World Trade Center between floors 93 and 99, killing everyone on board (92 people) and hundreds instantly inside the building.
