@RAVENWISDOM1 @turbotax @creditkarma They called me this morning and told me there was an error and I am now unable to get the advance because once everything is sent to the IRS to process they cannot make any changes. They are mailing me my check for a refund for the fees I paid.

@sasan_goodarzi what is happening with your company? I wasn’t going to come back to @turbotax after you messed up my stimulus payment but decided to give you another shot now you and @creditkarma have messed up my tax advance and the bank is claiming they have no application!!!

@creditkarma There is no case@number because no one in your call@center will acknowledge that there is a problem and try to investigate!!! I want this settled TODAY or I am taking action and reporting all 3 companies to the BBB!

@turbotax why are you scamming your customers!!?? I filed and chose to do the @creditkarma tax advance and there is no record of my application and now I’m stuck with my refund going to their debit card! I would of never done that had I known this was all a scam!!!
