@thriftycars 3 hour wait, only 1 rep for the first hour and a second one came later. Landed at 9:30pm and did not leave the rental agency until 1 am. Our kids were exhausted and your service was horrific. Never going to use your services again. You need to be more aware of #’s.

@vroomcars Just bought a vehicle from you and traded one in. Reported issues after delivery 2/11, over a week ago and still have not heard back from anyone! No one ever seems to know the status/update and no one ever calls or contacts me as stated every time I call. HORRIBLE

@CrunchGym You guys need to send corporate to audit your Woodbridge, NJ location. They are using fraudulent business practices to get members to sign up under contracts, when we specifically asked for non contract. They are also lying when asked about fees to members. HORRIBLE
