Gabriel Aurelius

Let feelings leak
until someone absorbs

[Gabriel Aurelius @Gabeaurelius90]

At the end of this road, we will find ourselves to be what we ever wanted to be and hated to be at the same time.

We wish to see the light, becoming it is also a part of the urge, yet we cannot shine to the ones needed most.

What a messed up shell we all live in.

yes, we meet again,
my shadow, my reflection,
my night and day,
my gray sunlight,
my dangerous flight

sometimes just a word needed,
a collection of alphabets,
freeing ourselves from all constraints,
actions follow,
as we utter, enough

light the smokes,
breathe in the flames,
consume by lust, hatred
and devouring shadows,
ignite what awaits,
reborn anew

the two coincide perfectly,
one finite,
another infinite,
our minds alike,
word and humanity

[Gabriel Aurelius @Gabeaurelius90]

it is the rocks gathered along the way,
it is the stars kept inside our hearts,
it is all of us to play our parts,
where night meets day,
and day awaits for night,
of all these moments,
discover ourselves

this night will last
long as time stretches
where our minds contact the stars
at a very last, we gaze from afar
determining the definition
of our own scars

once a man made himself
a clone alike
a shadow of him, and his mirage
the flow of time catches his shadow
he flees from it, yet never free from it
erase he wishes,
the only one paradoxical desire

just as wounded,
those without,
he bites by night

our eyes sewed,
our hands tied,

leaving us this last gasp,
but last gasp leads anew
