The failed state called Germany has now held an election that would be deemed unconstitutional anywhere in the civilized world. One party on which a lot depends (migration-skeptical leftists) missed the 5% threshold by a few thousand votes, but about 200000 of the Germans who live abroad (not me because I didn't want to participate and wouldn't even have been able to truthfully declare a sufficient connection with the country, which is a legal requirement) didn't receive their ballots in time. There can be no doubt that in these circumstances the expat vote definitely mattered. Even some ambassadors didn't get to vote.

I believe the prejudiced party should go to court, and if Germany's judiciary respects the rule of law and respects itself, the election must be repeated.
