@Apollo2670@notliblibby@occamsriver and I'm still in great health, and nothing happened to my thyroid either. It just made me feel wonderful and the only thing that stopped me was wanting to experiment more with healing possibilities.
@Apollo2670@notliblibby@occamsriver 100% But because drs wont touch it we really don't seem to be able to study it enough also to know its safe long term. But I took a high dose for 10 ish years and am in perfect health and when I stopped everything went back to the way it was before meaning nothing permanent.
@MaxiBitcoineus@BerbarianWizard Yes 100% T4 alone doesnt work well and all the drs usually care about are numbers not symptoms. She would probably benefit from T3 (even in addition to T4) or armour thyroid. If you can find a good dr who understands.
@KeremThePerseus@occamsriver Obvy u want to rule out Hashimoto's antibodies because it could be that. But if you have normal t4 and TSH numbers but slightly low still normal range t3, chances are you sill benefit from t3 supplemntation. If reverse t3 is high also then for sure conversion is a problem.
@Daniel_Porter_@occamsriver The classic issue with thyroid is that blood tests look realtively normal. But many people do have less than indeal conversion because of gut or liver health. Ideally it would be great if it could be fixed without supplementation but I feel that my life changed after t3.
@ucienemk@occamsriver I took t3 alone for many years and I felt great, never any side affects, and when I adjusted things recently my blood levels went back to where they were before and normal/low grade range. Meaning years long t3 use never did anything negative that was lasting.. as far as I know.
@CycloneCardinal@occamsriver No, it seems as though on average ppl need to be at least 3.0 or 3.5 on your t3 levels to feel good, not just merely in normal range.
@Elizabeth_TX1 First, no. Second, I think it's ok to like art and history, and I think its ok to want a city to be cosmopolitan. Sincerely speaking, I would love to know what you would propose for this area if you could change it?
I realize this decision is difficult and there are a lot of issues involved, but seeing city officials act so craven-not seeming to express even the slighest reluctance or regret or concern about this building is disturbing. It's as though they have contempt for it.
Late Thursday night, Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson signaled just how serious he is about leaving the City Hall building behind.

@dallasenfuego It's hard not to see the enthusiastic willingness to tear down and neglect symbols of artistic and cultural ideals for short term, mediocre, basic common denominator, digital kiosk vibes, sports apparel boutiques types of commerce as indicators of some kind of decline.
@onemansdallas@jmontforttx@CityOfDallas My personal preference is paying for something like this over 10-20 yrs versus a lot of the ways the difference in staying versus leasing and buying new building will be spent. We will loose a treasure and spend money on something stupid. They arent going to put it into libraries
@onemansdallas@jmontforttx@CityOfDallas I think they could find ways to lower the projected repair costs, although you made a good point about Boston. But isn't it irresposible to taxpayers as well to not have a clear plan or even a clear estimate of costs as an alternative?
@Electrarythm People pleasing is just anxious neurotic attachment and low self esteem, esp in a person who has more sensitivity and intelligence than others in their family system. Although there is a need for control, I don't think covert grandiosity is the right way to describe it.
@caraathome@jos3_avila@AdamBazaldua Cara thank you for the stance you've taken on the city hall issue- the intense pressure on you and others must not have been easy.
@eyojoel77 They say socializing is good for the brain but my theory is high intelligence or high sensitivity types like this need less socializing to get that stimulation.. a little goes a long way:)
