@AmericanAir I do not know what more you want besides the emails, trip locator numbers, your "recorded calls", how your app says you have to call for your credits to be applied...AFTER BUYING THE TICKETS THRU YOUR APP. I followed all the rules and spent hours on the phone with 2 diff reps
