I REALLY like my “for you” feed of X, but sometimes i need just a break from every social media. I wish i’d like to not delete the app, but recently I’m very addicted.

For a person who suffer social anxiety like me, the worst feeling is sometimes to have difficulty with accomplished something but inside you are not feeling enough well to do it.
I learned from my lesson and next time I try with everything I got to not tell everything.

Screaming in the pillow when you have anxiety makes you feel better and I didn’t expect it to work.
