@JoJoFromJerz They are setting up a test case to possibly overturn Engel v Vitale which banned prayer in schools. They want to overturn Engel like they did with Roe v Wade.

Gun debate will be resolved in the U.S. not by laws or protests but by technology. Eventually, companies will develop "smart" guns that won't work unless certain factors exist. "Dumb" guns will become as rare as "dumb" TV's.

Canada, unlike the U.S., is moving gun safety legislation. Their plan is to limit the purchase of firearms, a national gun buy back program, and a red flag law to prevent troubled people from getting weapons. I hope American legislators are following the Canadian approach.

It has been 28 years since the U.S. Congress has passed major gun safety legislation. Both parties have decided this legislation does not serve their political interests. Most local and state gun safety laws have been thrown out by the courts. The gun debate appears over.

On May 11 the 9th Circuit ruled that California's ban on 18- 20 year olds having guns was unconstitutional.On May 14th a 18 year old killed 11 people Buffalo.On May 24 a 18 year old killed 21 people including 19 children in Uvalde.Judges,maybe you should reconsider this one.

@unclelukereal1 Maybe you should consider running for Florida Governor or U.S. Senate to create a agenda for the community and give people a reason to vote. Then you can cut deals for the community with the politicians in power.

AMZN stock has fallen about 40% this year. I voted to support the 20 to 1 stock split next week. This will lower the stock price to around 100$ and hopefully boost the stock price. This company is making money and the stock is definitely undervalued now.

I am a AMZN shareholder. I care about the long term profitability of company and the well being of the workers. I just voted for an independent audit of warehouse working conditions. I encourage other shareholders to vote for ITEM 16 before the Annual Shareholder Meeting.

Will Smith Oscar Slapping incident is the most famous slap since General Patton slapped 2 soldiers in WW2. Patton was forced to apologize to the slapped soldiers and his army, and lost a command in European invasion. We will have to see what Will Smith's punishment will be.

@navigatio_b @davidsirota Most of the issues you identified have strong economic components like slavery, immigration, etc. My point is they were not made up "culture war" issues like they do today.
