@AndrewB63206757 @Acyn In Romania you are charged within 24 hours AFTER you are arrested. They don’t issue a warrant and hope you stick around. Eastern Europe is a pretty easy place to fall through cracks.
They build a case, arrest you, and THEN charge you.
