Vacancy up a tad to 7.1%, but absorption has held strong in the back half of the year (50M+ SF in both Q3 & Q4). Demand, however, is moving inland. Only 13% of absorption near ports—DFW, Phoenix, Indy, KC, and Columbus led instead.
