One woman stood up to a crowd.

During a nationalist march in Warsaw, where anti-Ukrainian slogans were being chanted, an employee of the handmade crafts gallery LAS RĄK quietly expressed her disapproval with a simple thumbs-down gesture. She did not shout. She did not provoke anyone. She simply refused to stay silent.

That act of courage came at a price.

According to the gallery's owner, Zofia Boruczyńska, the store was soon targeted with threatening phone calls, online harassment, and a flood of fake negative reviews. Then the intimidation escalated even further: an individual entered the gallery and smashed its exhibits.

But this story has a hopeful ending.

Many Poles rejected this hatred. After photos of the vandalized gallery spread online, nearly 3,000 people came together and raised more than 150,000 złoty to help restore the shop.

That is the Poland I choose to remember.

To the courageous employee and everyone at LAS RĄK: thank you for your dignity, your humanity, and your moral courage. Standing up to hatred is never easy, especially when you stand alone.

¡Era previsible! Tienes dos opciones para recorrer la Riviera Maya:

Uno es el Volvo 9800 Doble Piso. Galardonado como el autobús más seguro del mundo, orgullosamente diseñado y fabricado en México sin un peso de costo al contribuyente. Al contrario, Volvo Buses México genera miles de empleos y desarrollo industrial.

Cuenta con todo lo necesario para un viaje de lujo: Empezando por cómodos asientos, superiores a los de muchas aerolíneas, equipados con un sistema de entretenimiento individual cargado con películas, juegos y música. En menos de dos horas estás en tu destino disfrutando de la playa. Por cierto, en su recorrido no pone en peligro la fauna endémica de la región.

Serán horas y horas de aburrimiento, ya que harás decenas de escalas en el trayecto y el único aliciente serán los alimentos. Solamente en el nivel de servicio más costoso contarás con las amenidades que el autobús te ofrece a un precio mucho menor.

Por si fuera poco, el Tren Maya lo construyó y será operado por el Gobierno al que se le cayó la Línea 12 del metro capitalino. Decenas de expertos en la materia han señalado el peligro de varios tramos que se asientan sobre cenotes, cavernas, ríos subterráneos y cuevas, sin mencionar la pésima calidad del balastro, cortesía de la corrupción de los hijos de @lopezobrador_. El Tren Maya es un pase directo al Xibalbá, el inframundo maya.

When our deep strikes were not reaching Moscow and St. Petersburg, Putin did not think much about it. He understood that the war was far from the Kremlin. Of course, once he feels what is happening in Moscow, he will begin to understand what is happening in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions. He’ll begin to grasp the reality of the situation.

Ukraine's aggressive campaign to completely isolate Crimea is reaching an unprecedented rhythm.

Over the last 72 hours alone, Ukrainian forces have successfully targeted 19 Russian shadow fleet tankers, along with a cargo ship and a ferry.

This blistering pace of attacks is guaranteed to trigger deep supply and logistical crises for the occupied peninsula, which is already taking relentless hits.

This strategic stranglehold is only possible because of Ukraine's months-long effort systematically dismantling Russian air defenses and pushing their naval assets out of the Black Sea. Without those ships to intercept incoming Ukrainian drones, Russia has been left exposed.

When you combine these maritime strikes with the logistics lockdown near the front and ongoing raids on Russian refineries, the path forward looks incredibly promising.

However, it is vital to remember that this pressure must be maintained. Russia still commands massive resources and holds some cards to escalate this war.

Ukraine and its allies need to remain calm and patient. This strategy works, but it takes time
