@AskLyft Please work with me! Because I JUST made a Twitter account for the sole purpose of connecting with Ask Lyft, Twitter will not allow me to Direct Message you as of now. They think I am a bot. I'm so frustrated; I just need my phone and to be put in contact with the driver.

But guess what! Twitter won't allow me to DM people because I haven't proved that I'm a human being! So what could have been a simple solution has now turned into me having a new social media account and a series of tweeets -- @AskLyft @lyft just work with me, PLEASE

I left my phone in a @Lyft. I can't sign into the website and contact the driver because, of course, I never verified my email -- (I learned that the email they MAKE you add when you sign up in the first place still isn't verified until you do it manually).

@AskLyft and @lyft said I had to make my OWN Twitter account...So I scrambled to make one, hoping that after all of this, @AskLyft and @lyft would just do the simple, easy thing and give me the contact information of the driver who I just rode with 3 hours before.
